PM Excellence conducted an independent PM Check-Up for TALAN Group: diagnostics and regulations for the development of project management

Team PM Excellence led by the practice director Roman Cheremisin, PME, performed a range of works as part of the service PM Check-Up for the Russian developer GC TALAN.
The work included a thorough diagnosis of the company's processes related to the main investment and construction activities, and the formation of regulations for the interaction of participants in the pilot project for the implementation of the project approach in the company. The regulations included:
- project life cycle, application of the gate model;
- allocation of a project team in the company structure, various options for the structure of project teams for different branches;
- functions, powers and responsibilities of the project manager;
- the order of interaction between project participants in a matrix organizational structure, the division of powers and responsibilities between participants;
- planning and monitoring project deadlines, maintaining schedule network models, change management.
The management of GC TALAN highly appreciated the quality of the service provided and the professionalism of the team.
