Diagnostics (PM Check-up)

PM Check-up is a comprehensive assessment of the status of the project, checking various components of its implementation.

By analogy with a human health check, which includes checking the operation of all organs and life support systems, a project check allows you to thoroughly study the "health" of a project or project management system.

The check-up is carried out by independent experienced experts: they conduct diagnostics, identify risks and offer recommendations for improving the effectiveness of project management. This is especially important in large-scale projects and megaprojects where objective assessment is required to make decisions about financing or continuing work.

RESULT

Based on the results of the independent examination, the customer will receive an objective assessment of the status of the project, as well as:

  • Actual status of project execution
  • Strengths and weaknesses of the project management system
  • Forecast of timing, budget and implementation scenarios
  • Project Human Resource Needs
  • Main risks and problems of the project
  • Recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the project management system
  • Implementation plan for recommendations based on priorities
