PM Benchmark
PM Benchmark is a new analytical product from PM Excellence
PM Benchmark reflects key indicators of real market practices in managing large-scale projects. The research is conducted in the form of surveys of internal and external experts.
The study collected expert assessments on 17 benchmarks - project management practices. All estimates were given for large-scale projects with an annual development of 10-100, 100-300, 300+ billion, the basis of which is capital construction.
During the survey, the experts were tasked with indicating the minimum and maximum values for each benchmark. Expert assessments reflect the desired, ideal results for the effectiveness of project management, that is, "how it should be" with competent project management.
We plan to repeat the study and publish updates 2 times a year.
The research results are presented in the form of a brochure according to the principle: one page - one benchmark. Expert assessments are visualized using a diagram:
