An independent view of project risks and constraints in one day

The practical experience of our experts and a database of 350+ risks with lessons learned allow us to offer customers not theoretical recommendations, but applied solutions for complex project situations.

One of these solutions is risk session PM Excellence with a preliminary examination of the elements of the project management system (PM Check Up).

This is face-to-face practical work with the project team, which helps in one day to form a unified picture of risks, identify priority management actions and obtain a preliminary assessment of individual areas of project management.

It is especially useful:

• when starting a new project;
• at difficult stages of implementation;
• in case of deviations in terms and budget;
• when the team needs to agree on a common understanding of problems, risks and next steps.

At the end of the session, the customer receives not only a register of risks and a list of priority measures to manage them, but also a final report with the conclusions of the preliminary PM Check Up. The report reflects possible limitations and weaknesses in the project management system through the prism of identified risks and contains recommendations for strengthening it.
