Development of the Central oil block and the Kurungsky license area of the Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field.
PM EXCELLENCE CONTRIBUTION
The PM Excellence team has achieved a significant reduction in the project backlog (by more than 150 days). The implementation of the project was complicated by various factors: the seasonality of work, parallel design, the long process of purchasing materials and equipment, the current backlog and tight deadlines, and cross-functional problems.
Upon completion of the work, positive assessments were received from shareholders regarding the management of a large-scale project.

• Developed and implemented integration into the existing organizational structure of the Center for Rapid Response and Forecasting (CRRP).

• Organized and provided the minimum start-up complex.

• A procedure for prioritizing work execution has been developed and established.
