The PM Excellence team, together with the owner, organized and established the work of the Rapid Response and Forecasting Center (RTC) with the aim of timely decision-making to reduce project implementation time, within the framework of which:

1. Schedule network models of projects have been improved.

3. Prioritization of work was carried out and the efforts of the owner and contractors were focused on priority tasks using the method of promoting critical chains.
