The PM Excellence team acted as an analytical center at the owner's Project Office, within which:

1. Developed detailed schedule network models of projects.

2. Established a procedure for interaction with contractors regarding the provision of data on the actual performance of work.

3. Developed a procedure for prioritizing work performed by contractors.

4. Organized work on the generation of regular and analytical reporting at the owner's requests.

• The process of providing initial data for updating the DRG and preparing project reports has been systematized.
• A practical approach to prioritizing the work of the project's CSG using the critical chain method is proposed.
• Proposals were generated to optimize analytical reporting for capital construction projects.
