PROJECT

Increasing the transshipment capacity of JSC Daltransugol to 40 million tons of coal per year (stage of preparatory construction work).

CONTRIBUTION PM EXCELLENCE

PM Excellence strengthened the project team, developed and applied effective approaches to planning, monitoring and control of contractors' work.

1. An objective schedule network model (CNM) was created and regularly updated.

2. Regular meetings of the Rapid Response and Forecasting Center were organized, at which decisions were made to reduce the project timeline.

3. Based on the KSM and risks, the most critical work has been identified.

4. An analytical report was prepared, on the basis of which the owner made an informed decision to change an ineffective contractor for the construction of one of the facilities.
