We took part in the largest conference in the field of Project Management in Russia

From December 6 to 8, the annual and largest conference in the field of Project Management took place - "Project Management 2021: a new reality"!
PM Excellence, as a regular partner of the event, also participated in this conference.
This year, Alexander Kutuzov (PME), one of the leading experts in project management in Russia, spoke about tools for managing project priorities, the most common problems in large-scale projects, and also shared his experience of quickly solving them using the example of successfully implemented projects of the PM Excellence company.
We thank Ilya Oleinikov, Director for European Projects of JSC RASU ROSATOM for the joint presentation with our colleagues Yan Kuznetsov (PME), PM Excellence team leader on the Hanhikivi-1 NPP project and Musin Damir (PME), PM Excellence analyst.
As part of the provision of the PM Assurance service - a service to ensure confidence in the execution of the project, PM Excellence specialists teamed up with the RASU team and jointly launched the Center for Operational Response and Forecasting (RTC), with the help of which a detailed work schedule was generated with "honest" durations, and the process of promoting critical and near-critical paths of the project was launched.
Through the joint efforts of RASU and PM Excellence specialists, the negative reserve of a key event of -194 days was leveled by adjusting the schedule, technology for promoting critical chains, and proactive work with priority problems and risks.
In a joint report, colleagues spoke about practical experience in using PM Excellence tools (DCRP, Big Picture, promotion of critical paths, etc.) to manage large-scale projects, work with resistance to change in the project team and the final results of the project.
In general, more than 40 recognized PM experts spoke at the "Project Management 2021: New Reality" conference, and more than 250 people became participants.
