Practical risk session PM Excellence for project teams of PJSC TATNEFT

Based on extensive experience in managing refinery reconstruction and modernization projects - in the context of existing production and tight technological windows - the PM Excellence team focused its work on real risks and problems of projects. As a result, the participants not only discussed risks, but formed a prioritized register with specific response measures and received an application tool for systematically managing them on their projects.

Tatneft noted the high level of organization of the risk session, the practical value of the results obtained and the professionalism of the PM Excellence team, emphasizing that the work carried out increased the manageability of projects and increased the involvement of project teams in the risk management process.
