PM Excellence completed a major project for Renaissance Heavy Industries

The team of the PMC contractor PM Excellence created a regulatory and methodological framework for project management for the customer, developed and optimized a schedule network model for a large-scale project.
From April to December 2022, under the management of practice director Ivan Smirnov, PME, RMR, based on the bill of quantities and AWP methodology, a schedule network model was developed and optimized from the contract level to project detail (L2-L4). The construction of such models allows you to analyze all operations and optimize stages even before the start of the project.
Another stage in the work of the PM Excellence team was the development of the regulatory and methodological framework that was required to manage the project. It provides:

• methodology of interaction between the owner and the General Contractor;
• resource and thematic planning templates;
• change management regulations;
• procedure for assessing project progress;
• register of gaps and other documents without which high-quality project management is impossible.
