PM Excellence enters the EPC contracting market

Over the years of work in the role PMC-contractor The PM Excellence team participated in the management of projects with a total value of over 100 billion rubles - in industry, energy and infrastructure. The accumulated expertise became the basis for the strategic decision to expand activities towards the EPC model.

In recent years, customers have increasingly approached the company with an offer to act as a full-fledged EPC contractor. Demand is especially high in the segment of medium-sized capital construction projects worth from 1 to 30 billion rubles. In such projects, customers, as a rule, do not have a developed project management service, and errors at the launch stage lead to losses measured in hundreds of millions of rubles.

"There is an extreme shortage of such contractors on the market. The experience we have accumulated allows us to form a strong pool of design institutes and construction organizations and take sole responsibility for the result" added Alexander Kutuzov, PME.

At the same time, the company will continue to operate in the PMC segment, remaining one of the leaders in the Russian project management market.
