PM Excellence took part in the strategic session "Ecosystem of working with partners of Gazprom Neft PJSC"

The key areas were:

• presentation of the company's technology portfolio;

• discussion of the principles of work of Gazprom Neft PJSC with suppliers;

• dialogue on technology and product development.

Such events are facilitated by the understanding that it is necessary to increase and improve the efficiency of interaction between producers and suppliers in the oil and gas sector. The participants were representatives of Gazprom Neft PJSC, the Tyumen Region Government of the ANO Institute of Oil and Gas Technological Initiatives, as well as more than 100 people - managers and their deputies, commercial and technical directors of oil and gas cluster companies.

There were two representatives of PM Excellence at the event: invited PM Excellence expert Alexander Kutuzov, PME and practice director Alexander Kochetov, PMP, PME. Alexander Kutuzov presented his report at the working session. The speech aroused keen interest and a discussion began. "Contractors and suppliers in a large-scale project are always, first of all, partners," noted Alexander KutuzovYou can't build or deliver anything without them, so it's not surprising that Gazprom Neft understood this clearly and long ago and is building a truly effective and, I'll even say, beautiful ecosystem for working with them."

During the strategy session meetings, participants were able to share their projects, exchange information and contacts, and learn about ecosystem opportunities for contractors and suppliers.

Such events make it possible to understand the state of the industry, its most important needs and development vectors. They also give new participants the opportunity to enter its perimeter. All this contributes to the development and improvement of the country's oil and gas ecosystem, with its modern challenges and objectives.
