In his speech, Alexander Kutuzov showed through practical experience the effect of using tools for managing priorities and deadlines in a construction project. A project for the construction of a large mining and metallurgical complex for the processing of copper-nickel ores was chosen as a case study.

The expert noted that in most large-scale projects and megaprojects there are problems with timing and the level of qualifications of the team. "For project success, early team recruitment is critical to avoid the problem of late project team performance. One of the possible solutions is to outsource personnel through the involvement of an PMC contractor," noted Alexander Kutuzov.
