Alexander Kutuzov, PME - invited expert of PM Excellence spoke at a meeting of the Coordination Center of the Government of the Russian Federation

The coordination center of the Government of the Russian Federation hosted a meeting on the best practices of project management in the public sector, to which PM Excellence expert in managing large-scale projects and megaprojects Alexander Kutuzov was invited, PME.
The meeting was attended by more than 100 employees of federal executive authorities and ministries. In his speech, Alexander Kutuzov spoke about the release of an open practical standard for project management for the Russian market - PM GUIDE.
The standard has been developed and is based on PM Excellence's extensive 20-year practice of managing large-scale projects and megaprojects. PM GUIDE contains the minimum set of required processes (12 in total) required to manage any project.
Alexander Kutuzov elaborated on each of these processes and spoke about the logical relationship between them.
"The PM GUIDE standard sets a clear sequence of steps in managing any project and their logic, while allowing for a large selection of tools and methods with which these steps are implemented," said Alexander Kutuzov. "It also describes the requirements for the results of project management processes and reveals the required roles of project participants and their main functions."
Participants noted the conciseness of the report, bright presentation and intelligible style of presentation.
