PM EXCELLENCE CONTRIBUTION

The PM Excellence team ensured that the majority of IT projects (85%) were completed on time and within budget. In conditions of limited resources, under the guidance of PM Excellence specialists:

1. The main business processes of Toyota Motor LLC have been developed and automated. More than 30 technologically complex projects that were significant for the owner were successfully implemented.

2. All possible changes to the initial project plans that occurred were coordinated in a controlled manner in accordance with the change management procedure.
