Construction of facilities for the production, preparation, processing and transportation of oil at the Suzunskoye field.
CONTRIBUTION PM EXCELLENCE
Within five months, the PM Excellence team created a planning, monitoring and reporting system for a large-scale project.
Namely:

1. Developed integrated schedule network models (more than 15,000 operations).

2. Developed and implemented a project management methodology, in particular, the procedure for monitoring and reporting.

3. Trained (including in practice) the owner's employees in the development of correct schedule network models, as well as in the use of the developed project management methodology.
