Roman Cheremisin, PME, practice director PM Excellence, with 15 years of project management experience in the country's largest companies - Rosatom, EVRAZ, Severstal, Rosneft - will hold an open webinar and present the Gradenta platform: a tool that changes the approach to scheduling and network planning in construction.
In large construction projects, dozens of specialists can be involved in planning and monitoring work, and the costs of this work can amount to tens and hundreds of millions of rubles.
Based on the vast experience of practical work of PM Excellence in large-scale projects, a new solution was developed using artificial intelligence: the Gradenta platform - which allows you to automate the processes of generating construction and installation work schedules, as well as the generation of picking lists and statements of quantities. The solution ensures a reduction in labor costs for the formation of CSG by up to 50-70%.
At the webinar, Roman will look at how this works in practice and what is needed to implement it in a real project.
