Managers of enterprises in the Sakhalin region will improve their project management skills

The purpose of the event is to improve project management skills. The session was organized by EVERYCO with the participation of PM Excellence, one of the leading PMC contractors in Russia.

The training consisted of theoretical and practical parts. The key speaker of the event was Alexander Kutuzov, PME, senior vice president PM Excellence. He spoke about the principles of successful project management, key project roles, technologies, processes and management methods. A separate topic of the presentation was a discussion of the key soft and hard skills of a project manager, without which it is difficult to achieve success in this activity.
