Tourism.RF improves project management efficiency with the support of PM Excellence

Turizm.RF, within the framework of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality," is implementing investment projects aimed at developing complex tourist areas and creating tourism infrastructure in Russia. In its work, the Corporation strives to constantly improve the efficiency of the management system by introducing modern management approaches and methods.

The next stage in improving operational activities was the holding of a strategic session with the participation of PM Excellence. The event was dedicated to the development of new approaches to project management and optimization of business processes.

The strategic session consisted of theoretical and practical parts. As part of the theoretical block, the participants were addressed by Alexander Kutuzov, PME, senior vice president PM Excellence, who spoke about the most effective tools for managing large investment projects, based on the company's extensive experience.

"Our experience shows that investing in developing project management skills brings quick and meaningful returns, especially in such a dynamic industry as tourism. We are confident that the session will be a powerful impetus for the introduction of new effective project management practices into the activities of Tourism.RF," - commented Alexander Kutuzov, senior vice president of PM Excellence.

In the practical part, participants solved applied problems, applied the acquired knowledge to real projects, analyzed existing and potential challenges in project management and proposed optimal solutions.

The results of joint work obtained during the strategic session will be systematized and used to improve the project management system of Tourism.RF.
