PMC contractor PM Excellence and Gazprom-TsPS signed an agreement to extend cooperation as part of the implementation of a portfolio of large-scale projects

During the implementation of the project, more than 1,500 km of pipelines, more than 50 compressor stations, as well as a complex of supporting infrastructure facilities are being built. With the signing of the new agreement, the joint team of Gazprom-TsPS and PM Excellence will continue to provide planning, monitoring and reporting processes for this large-scale project.

PM Excellence will also participate in the implementation of the portfolio of projects of the investment program of PJSC Gazprom. The primary tasks will be the development of schedule network models of projects included in the portfolio, as well as consulting the technical customer's employees regarding the development of schedule network models, their updating taking into account the dynamics of work, and the generation of analytical reporting.
