PM Excellence participated in the project for the construction of the Chernogorsk GOK

The PM Excellence team has successfully implemented work on schedule network planning, regular analysis of the schedule network model, the creation of the Center for Rapid Response and Forecasting, and the promotion of critical chains of the mining and processing complex construction project. These methods and technologies have been successfully applied in practice in other large-scale projects and megaprojects of PM Excellence and have proven to be highly effective.

The implementation of a set of works under the contract made it possible to create an effective system for planning, monitoring and control of project deadlines for the Chernogorsk Mining and Processing Plant.

Montenegrin Mining Company is part of the Russian Platinum group. From 2025, it is planned to mine 7 million tons of ore per year at the Chernogorskoe deposit with the production of nickel and copper concentrates with a high content of platinum group metals. The total planned production volumes of concentrates during the project delivery timeline are 4.6 million tons of nickel and 1.1 million tons of copper.
