PM Excellence Leader Alexander Kutuzov, PME, together with the Deputy General Director Alexander Kochetov, PMP, PME and Project Manager Bohdan Gorfinyak, PME, PMSE delivered a presentation at the corporate construction and technology conference "STROYFORUM-2024" on the value of schedule network planning for the project manager.
Experts also shared their knowledge and practical experience in implementing large-scale projects and megaprojects.
In the first part of the speech, Alexander Kutuzov spoke about the effective use of the schedule network model, as well as the roles of the customer and user of analytics and reporting from KSM.
In the second part of the speech Alexander Kochetov and Bogdan Gorfinyak lively demonstrated an example of promoting critical paths on a real project, emphasizing the order of systematic work and the convenience of the approach for Project Managers.
Participants noted the report by Alexander Kutuzov and his team as one of the most striking and useful at the event.
"The schedule network model as the most important project management tool can only be useful if the project manager correctly sets the tasks for its use, and therefore with his full understanding of the capabilities of this tool. We are very pleased that the Rosneft company decided to demonstrate effective approaches to working with IBCs in front of such a large audience," says Alexander Kochetov.
This year the forum brought together more than 300 representatives, including managers from the central office of NK Rosneft and its subsidiaries (Taas-Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha, ROSPAN-INTERNATIONAL, LLC Kharampurneftegaz, Achinsk Oil Refinery VNK), as well as PJSC AK ALROSA, Irkutsk Oil Company, etc.
