PM Excellence and Gazprom-Digital Design Services continue cooperation

The next stage in the interaction between the PMC contractor PM Excellence and Gazprom TsPS has been completed.
PM Excellence and Gazprom TsPS, a subsidiary of Gazprom PJSC, have been cooperating for more than two years. Joint work was carried out on a number of large-scale projects, including the North European Gas Pipeline, Ethan and others.
In 2022, as part of the Ethan project, the PM Excellence team developed schedule network schedules of levels 2-3, worked out the procedure for generating daily and monthly schedules and regular reporting on the progress of the project.
PM Excellence's recommendations to reduce deadlines allowed for timely completion of project work in accordance with schedule network schedules.
Gazprom TsPS expressed gratitude to PM Excellence and noted the high qualifications of the entire team involved in the implementation of services for the Ethan project.
