Oil and gas company Diall Alliance and PM Excellence extend cooperation in the Vostok project

Among the services provided, PM Excellence carries out the following work:
- on schedule network planning;
- forming forecasts for project implementation;
- monitoring of projects based on weekly collection and analysis of data on all types of work;
- creation of reporting systems, including their automation.

Within the framework of the extended agreement, cooperation is carried out on all construction projects of the Vostok project, in particular, on the construction of interfield gas pipelines, development of field wells, reconstruction of an integrated gas processing plant, etc. Project management services are provided at the Pavlovskoye, Lipovskoye and Nepryakhinskoye fields.

Diall Alliance ranks second in gas production in the Saratov region, where the company's production assets are located. The company is simultaneously implementing several projects that unite groups of fields, including the Vostok project. As part of the implementation of this project, it is planned to build a gas pipeline 206 km long, as well as the phased introduction into development of 5 new fields.
