At the "Russia 2023" exhibition in the pavilion of the Coordination Center of the Government of the Russian Federation, PM Excellence presented the standard for managing programs for the implementation of megaprojects PM GATE

The exhibition-forum "Russia" began work on the morning of Saturday, November 4, National Unity Day. It will last until April 12, 2024. At it, 89 Russian regions will show their main achievements in science, culture, industry, energy, construction and transport.
As part of the exchange of experience and technologies for managing large-scale projects and megaprojects, in collaboration with the Coordination Center of the Government of the Russian Federation, a presentation of the standard was held on November 23 PM GATE.
The standard was presented by PM Excellence, an expert in managing large-scale projects and megaprojects, Alexander Kutuzov, PME, author and host of the telegram channel "Megaprojects with Kutuzov".
PM GATE created based on an analysis of the best Russian and international approaches and experience in managing large investment projects, programs and megaprojects of the company PM Excellence.
The standard is intended for projects in systemically important industries: in the mining and oil and gas sectors, in industrial construction, in the field of construction of transport and energy infrastructure. It is based on a gate model and focuses on benefit management: from concept creation to exploitation of the results of large-scale projects and megaprojects.
"It is necessary to ensure the technological and managerial sovereignty of our country, and it is impossible without our own standards, which, on the one hand, are based on the best international practices, and on the other hand, take into account Russian experience," notes Alexander Kutuzov.

The discussion participants noted the relevance and practical applicability of the standard for large Russian projects. At the end of the presentation, a tour of the pavilion took place, where participants got acquainted with the activities of the Government of the Russian Federation.
