PM Excellence has completed work on projects for JSC Rospan International

As part of cooperation with JSC Rospan International (Rosneft State Corporation), PM Excellence carried out work to maintain a system of schedule network planning, analysis and forecasting of possible execution risks. The Center for Operational Forecasting and Response (ORRP) was formed, which allowed for the timely development of solutions aimed at reducing the time of critical and near-critical paths along the UPPGiK and Terminal. Also, the direct participation of PM Excellence specialists in the preparation of analytical materials made it possible to provide the management of Rospan International JSC with correct and verified information on the progress of project implementation for making informed management decisions.
