PM Excellence has implemented a schedule network planning and reporting system for the portfolio of large-scale projects of EvrazHolding

Cooperation between a PMC contractor specializing in managing large-scale projects and megaprojects, PM Excellence and EVRAZ began more than 2 years ago. For the parent company EVRAZ, as well as for the companies included in the holding, PM Excellence provided services for schedule network planning and implementation of a planning and monitoring system for a portfolio of large-scale projects. PM Excellence is the developer of a methodology for planning the implementation of large-scale projects at EVRAZ. During the joint work, systems for automating project management processes were launched and successfully implemented.

EVRAZ representatives expressed gratitude to PM Excellence in a letter of gratitude and noted the high competence of the team in implementing management systems for large-scale projects.

In particular, the following types of services provided by PM Excellence since 2019 were noted:

• - An automated system for generating daily-monthly schedules, assessing progress using weighting coefficients in the form of an S-curve was developed and implemented;
• - A system of automated reporting on the status of project implementation and project portfolio has been introduced;
• - EVRAZ personnel were trained and best practices in capital construction project management were transferred.

Currently, PM Excellence specialists provide technical support for implemented solutions and development of the reporting system.
