Construction of football stadiums for the 2018 World Cup in Volgograd and Nizhny Novgorod.

The PM Excellence team has improved the owner's existing planning, monitoring and reporting system, in particular:

1. Developed detailed schedule network models for the construction of stadiums for the 2018 World Cup in Volgograd and Nizhny Novgorod.

2. Developed a procedure for creating and updating schedule network models and trained the owner's employees to work with them.

3. Developed an automated module for collecting information on the actual performance of work by contractors during the construction of stadiums.
