Creation of an automated information-measuring system for commercial electricity metering (AIIS KUE).

PM EXCELLENCE CONTRIBUTION

The PM Excellence team completed a range of works to achieve the set goal - obtaining a transparent and objective picture of electricity consumption by contractors during the day.

1. Performed the functions of managing and monitoring the implementation of the program.

2. 62 MES agreements with the General Contractor were developed and signed.

3. Effective interaction has been built with more than 150 subcontractors.

4. A common vision of the project, its main relationships and major risks has been formed for all participants.

5. A methodology for managing the program at the federal level has been developed and transferred.

6. A schedule network model (CNM) was developed and kept up to date.
