Construction of Olympic facilities and development of the city of Sochi as a mountain climatic resort.

CONTRIBUTION PM EXCELLENCE

The PM Excellence team optimized the project management system: carried out an examination of the current schedules for the construction of Olympic facilities, carried out construction control and monitoring functions.

1. Passports for the objects of the Olympic program have been developed.

2. A schedule network model (CNM) of the Olympic program has been developed and optimized.

3. The reporting system was optimized and recommendations were made regarding its automation.

4. A concept for a program management methodology has been developed.

5. Recommendations were generated for optimizing the organizational structure and reporting system, including the organization of a reporting system on the progress of work performed.
