Implementation of STLC investment projects using funds from the National Welfare Fund.

PM EXCELLENCE CONTRIBUTION

PM Excellence specialists strengthened the project team by organizing joint work to create and implement an effective system for planning, monitoring and control of deadlines for a portfolio of leasing projects.

1. A project office has been established jointly with the owner, which will subsequently perform the functions of methodological support and program management support services.

2. A schedule network planning and reporting system has been introduced for three State Transport Leasing Programs.

3. A change, risk and priority management system has been implemented.

4. The work of the Center for Rapid Response and Forecasting (Center for Rapid Response and Forecasting) was organized under three NWF Programs.
