CONTRIBUTION PM EXCELLENCE

The PM Excellence team has developed and implemented an automated complex for planning and monitoring a Portfolio of large-scale projects. A unified process of schedule network planning and collection of current data on project execution was launched, as well as automatic reporting for decision-making at various levels, both for the Project Portfolio and for individual works of each of the EVRAZ Group projects.
