Support of Big Data Association projects in accordance with the approved strategy

CONTRIBUTION PM EXCELLENCE

The PM Excellence team at the initial stage of developing DBA approaches to project management:

1. Developed basic requirements for project activities.

2. Created a road map, a consolidated resource plan and a communication plan for projects included in the development strategy of the ABD. These steps helped to quickly immerse all members of the DBA into a single information field, organize the planned attraction of the necessary resources, and also introduce reporting on the status of projects for all stakeholders.

"...During the course of the service, the Leading Project Manager of the RM Excellence Evgeniy Plotnyagin organized work on the interaction of project teams and members of working groups, planning project activities and preparing regular reports for various management levels of the Big Data Association. We express our gratitude to E. Plotnyagin for his professionalism, ability to listen to the customer and flexible approaches to work. As the main results of the service I would like to note:

1. Formation of project teams.

2. Selection of contractors for projects of the R&D Development program.

3. Implementation of the elements of the project planning and reporting system necessary at the current stage.
