Yuriy Zinchuk presented PM Excellence at the XIII International Conference "Project Management 2018"

On December 5, at the XIII International Conference "Project Management 2018", PM Excellence partner Yuri Zinchuk spoke about the importance and capabilities of the Analytical Center at the project office.

The lack of resources in the project for the systematic collection and analysis of performance data allows one to evade responsibility for inaction, leads to unreasonable estimates and, as a result, leads to deviations in deadlines, budgets and critical situations in projects. According to the speaker, the creation of a Center for Rapid Response and Forecasting (CRRP) at the project office can solve the problem.

"Forecasts should not be made on the basis of incomplete information; a large-scale project without an analytical center is doomed to miss deadlines," Yuri Zinchuk emphasized.
