PM Excellence specialists took part in organizing and conducting a risk session at Gazprom-Invest

In April, the company Gazprom-Invest (a subsidiary of PJSC Gazprom), at the initiative of the company's management, held a risk session on the Ethan project. The session was organized and conducted by the Gazprom-TsPS and PM Excellence teams with the involvement of more than 20 experts of various profiles involved in the implementation of the Ethan project.
As part of the preparation for the risk session, PM Excellence specialists developed its program and then, together with colleagues from Gazprom-TsPS, organized moderation.
During the risk session, the main risks of the Ethan project were identified, assessed and ranked, and measures were developed to manage these risks. The result was transferred to the project office for further processing and development.
PM Excellence thanks the Gazprom-TsPS company for the invitation to participate in the risk session. Risk management requires special attention during periods of market changes. The fact that the management of Gazprom-Invest and Gazprom-TsPS understands this and implements such measures clearly increases the efficiency of project implementation by these companies.
