With the participation of PM Excellence, gas fields of the Vostok project of the oil and gas company Diall Alliance are being commissioned

One of the leaders in project management, PMC contractor PM Excellence participates in the construction and commissioning of field facilities, providing project management services.

From February 2021 to August 2023 by the PM Excellence team under the leadership of the practice director Ivan Smirnova, PME, RMR carried out work on:

• - schedule network planning;
• - formation of forecasts;
• - project monitoring based on weekly collection and analysis of data on all types of work;
• - creation of reporting systems, including their automation.

"In addition to the above scope of work, the customer was provided with remote access to the schedule network planning system deployed on the IT infrastructure Periscope - partner of PM Excellence in the field of automation of project management processes. We also assisted in forming the customer's project office team," commented Ivan Smirnov, director of the PM Excellence practice.

In turn, the customer noted the high quality of PM Excellence's work on the project, expressing gratitude to the team.
