Periscope® - a new system for monitoring project implementation

PM Excellence specialists took part in the creation of a new Russian project control information system - Periscope®

The Periscope® system automates part of the project implementation processes. This allows you to reduce the efforts of employees to solve a number of routine, repetitive tasks and ultimately save one of the most valuable resources on the project - time.

• on the examination of the schedule network model of the project,
• on the formation of analytics and reporting regarding design, supply of materials and equipment, construction, installation and commissioning works.
