PMC contractor PM Excellence completed the project support project for the preparation of documentation for the construction of a large foreign nuclear power plant

As part of the service provided by PM Excellence:

• work was created and organized to support and develop an objective schedule network model (CNM) for preparing documentation for obtaining a license for the construction of nuclear power plants in terms of automated process control systems
• a project roadmap (Big Picture) has been formed, allowing all project participants to get the same idea of the main milestones, relationships and deadlines of the project
• regular work has been launched to identify risks and assess their impact on project timelines using a schedule network model
• Regular meetings of the Center for Operational Response and Forecasting (RTC) were organized, at which decisions were made to reduce the project timeline.

The service was successfully completed, as a result, a package of automated process control system documentation was prepared and delivered to the owner exactly as planned.
