PM Excellence has implemented another project within the framework of cooperation with Gazprom TsPS

Company PM Excellence successfully completed work under the next contract for the provision of information and analytical services for schedule network planning, analysis and forecasting of the timing of investment projects Gazprom TsPS LLC in the North-West region.
For more than 4 years of cooperation with the single digital operator of the Gazprom Group, PM Excellence has implemented a number of projects, including work to support a large investment project for the construction of a gas pipeline. This project is being implemented to prepare and transport gas from a field in the Far North to its final consumers and includes the construction of more than 50 compressor stations, more than 1,500 km of pipelines, as well as the construction of supporting infrastructure and other facilities.
In the course of cooperation, the joint team of PM Excellence and Gazprom TsPS carried out a lot of work to improve the quality of planning of investment projects and build a system of schedule network planning, monitoring and generation of analytical reporting. The system is used to improve the efficiency of project management and facilitates prompt decision-making when managing the timing and resources of investment projects in the North-West region.
The PM Excellence team acted as an analytical center at the customer's project office, performing the following tasks:
- Introduced and successfully implemented processes for developing and updating schedule network models of various levels of detail.
- Established a procedure for interaction with contractors regarding the provision of data on the actual performance of work.
- Developed a procedure for prioritizing work performed by contractors.
- Organized work on the generation of regular and analytical reporting at the request of the customer.
- Conducted several risk sessions during which key project risks were identified, assessed and ranked; risk management measures were developed, the timing of their implementation was determined, and responsible persons were appointed.
Gazprom TsPS noted the high level of professionalism and quality of services provided by the PM Excellence team. Representatives of the technical customer also left positive feedback on the joint work, which confirms the success of the long-term partnership.
