PM Excellence has seriously strengthened its team of professionals. Nikolay Burtsev, PME has been appointed director of the new practice.

A professional in his field, he has extensive experience in managing large infrastructure projects and project portfolios in the oil and gas industry, energy, banking, as well as experience in implementing corporate project management systems in such large Russian companies as Rosneft, Gazpromneft, TNK-BP Management, Generation Group, Ural-Siberian Construction Corporation, Tyumenneftegazproekt, Bank Uralsib", Promsvyazbank, etc.

Over 15 years of overall project management experience.

Awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Chairman of the Tyumen City Duma for many years of conscientious work and a Letter of Gratitude from the Department of Sports and Youth Policy of the Tyumen Region for conducting training courses in the direction of "Project Management and Informatization of Project Activities."
