PM Excellence has completed the implementation and configuration of a comprehensive information system for managing large-scale projects of the OTEKO company

For the parent company of the customer - the company "OTEKO", operator of marine terminals in the port of Taman, PMC contractor company PM Excellence provided services for the implementation of a comprehensive system for project management. The system will improve the efficiency of planning, monitoring and reporting processes for large company projects.
As part of the cooperation, the PM Excellence team implemented the following:
- deployed a project management information system
- set up an analytical reporting system
- conducted training for OTEKO employees on how to use the systems.
The results of the work will allow the customer to speed up the development of schedule network models, systematize control over the progress of projects and automate the process of generating reports on projects and portfolios.
As PM Excellence noted, the implementation and application of large-scale project management systems will help improve the efficiency of project implementation in the OTEKO company and improve the ability to manage deadlines and risks.
