The PM Excellence company acted as a facilitator of a session on the exchange of experience among the heads of project teams of Gazprom Invest LLC

The event was organized and held by employees of Gazprom Invest Tomsk LLC (on the basis of its branch), as well as the team PM Excellence.

The session allowed representatives of project management teams from various branches to meet on one site, exchange experiences, and assess the prospects for the development of project management in the company in general and schedule network planning in particular.

During the session the following tasks were completed:

1. plans for the development of project management methodology in the company are outlined;
2. local tools and methods of project management of various branches were demonstrated;
3. prospects for improving the schedule network planning system are outlined;
4. The experience of session participants was exchanged through a business game.

Representatives of PM Excellence Alexander Kutuzov, PME (guest expert on megaproject management) and Alexander Kochetov, PME, PMP (Deputy General Director) delivered presentations to the event participants on the practical application of project management tools to reduce the implementation time of megaprojects, and also held a business game to exchange experiences and identify "tasty" problems and risks.

The implementation of such sessions increases the level of knowledge, ensures the exchange of experience and increases the likelihood of successful implementation of projects.
