PM Excellence conducted an examination of the project management system at JSC Power Machines

The expert examination included a detailed study and analysis of such components of the project management system of JSC Power Machines as:

• - organizational structure: completeness, sufficiency for achieving the company's goals, availability of qualified personnel;
• - processes of planning, monitoring, change management in projects: assessment of the development of processes, the quality of description in regulatory documents, the discipline of their execution;
• - information system: diagnostics of configured functionality, correctness, application practices.

Based on the results of the survey, PM Excellence experts generated a report describing the current level of system maturity and a list of recommendations (operational and strategic) to improve its efficiency.

As noted by Deputy General Director of PM Excellence Alexander Kochetov, PME, PMP, "It is gratifying to see that in the current difficult market situation, one of the largest manufacturing companies in our country is striving to develop a project management system.
