The PM Excellence team performed work on the operational examination of the transformation program of Gipronickel Institute LLC

From 2020 to Gipronickel Institute LLC a transformation program is being implemented. Its goal is to increase the efficiency, competitiveness and effectiveness of the Institute.

PMC contractor team PM Excellence, as part of the leading expert Alexander Kutuzov, PME, practice director Romana Cheremisina, PME and administrator-analyst Andrei Rodin, interviews were conducted with program participants, expert assessment and analysis of the current status of the program. A report was compiled with practical recommendations for further implementation of the program.

Ensuring the quality of design through the use of advanced technologies is one of the key objectives of the transformation program of the Gipronickel Institute. This task is objectively difficult, since it requires the restructuring of processes that have developed over several decades.
