STLC will introduce project management with the support of PM Excellence

JSC State Transport Leasing Company (STLC) and one of the market leaders in project management company PM Excellence began joint work to create and implement an effective system for planning, monitoring and control of deadlines for a portfolio of leasing projects.
The work is being carried out as part of the implementation of investment projects of the State Transport Leasing Company using funds from the National Welfare Fund (NWF).
The first stage of the companies' collaboration was the participation of an invited expert from PM Excellence Alexander Kutuzova, PME with a report at a training conference "Project Management Features and Tools, conducted by the Academy of Management WINbd for the company's top management.
As part of the cooperation between the parties, a schedule network planning and reporting system will be introduced for the project portfolio STLC, management of changes, risks and priorities, the Center for Rapid Response and Forecasting was launched, which successfully applied in practice in other megaprojects PM Excellence and has proven its high efficiency.
Also, one of the key tasks of PM Excellence is to assist in organizing a project office, which will subsequently assume the functions of methodological support and project management support services within STLC.
"We intend to apply and adapt our many years of experience in managing large-scale projects and transfer best practices to STLC in the form of specific running processes and documents," commented the director of the PM Excellence practice Vladimir Baranov, PME, RMR, MCTS.
