The latest trends in the field of planning investment and construction projects were discussed at the business breakfast "Planning and plan-factual analysis in construction - the key to a successful project", organized by the development company Capital Group, where leading experts from PM Excellence were invited Roman Cheremisin, PME and Arsen Zargaryan, PME.
Roman Cheremisin, PME spoke about current schedule network planning methodologies, requirements and competencies of a successful planner in development. The novel also touched upon the topic of interaction between developers, technical customers, construction contractors and designers.
Arsen Zargaryan, PME gave a report on ways to automate the work of planners, in particular about our Periscope product, the modules of which allow you to analyze schedule network diagrams and obtain reports during the implementation of projects, programs and project portfolios.
